  It sprites me that every time I am in there, their WiFi "suddenly" doesn't work anymore. This always seems to only happen when I am in there to study. I have been in there in the day with no issues. Now literally every time I am in there at night, it gets cold, the music is blaring, and suddenly they have no wifi. Their music is so loud, I find myself having to lean into the person talking to me. The portion of the building where their couches are, is always freezing. I was in there one night studying and the inappropriate comments coming from what suprisingly was found to be the manager about how there is "still one more person here" was very insulting. I called to see when they close their dining area and was told 9, which is fine, but they advertise on their doors 10. Very poor attention to the customer and I have sent this to corporate.

  It was very bad. I ordered a number 3 and the girl rang up 3of number 3 and we had to correct her twice , then the quarter pounder was dry and cheese wasn't melted. I will go to the Coal City.
